Here in this blog i want to offer advice for the beginners out there.

I want to help you fix machine embroidery problems. It doesn't matter if you have a stitch or technical issue, i will try by best to get it solved for you

Which Embroidery Stabiliser

Many types of stabilisers exist, including cut-away, tear-away, vinyl, nylon, water-soluble, heat-n-gone, adhesive, open mesh.

For day to day hobbiest of cotton fabric you will maninly use tearaway, you can buy this pre-cut in squares and its very cost effective.

For difficult to embroider fabrics you will need to choose the best backing for the fabric, you may also need a covering of water soluble stabiliser on the top of the fabric to lock the embroidery inplace.

Do not cut corners, it will show in your products, i have known people to use alsorts as backing, tissue paper, chipsop sheets, not only will your embrodiery be effected but your needles will be strained and this is no good for your machine.

What next?
